Uncle Chip's is small neighborhood bakery/sandwich shop on North Capitol Street. They're just 3/4 of a mile north of the US Capitol, so you can see the Capitol dome if you walk out onto the street. The neighborhood is unique for many reasons, including the fact that it's on a busy street that brings us traffic from offices, schools, and surrounding neighborhoods. They are the place to go for a cookie, turkey sandwich, breakfast bagel or their signature weekend cinnamon rolls.
